Am I allowed to buy and possess these products in my country?

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals in your location to order from us. It's your responsibility to confirm that purchasing these products is lawful where you live.

Are these products safe for human use?

No. All KYIN Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory research use and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

Yes — every batch is tested by Janoshik, an independent lab widely trusted in the peptide research community, and a certificate of analysis is available upon request.

How do I place an order?

There's no online checkout. For a regular order, message us on WhatsApp — we'll confirm pricing, availability, and payment there. This contact form is reserved for bulk/wholesale orders, certificate of analysis requests, order support, and general questions.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order amount — delivery is free on every order, regardless of size.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes — bulk pricing is available for large-quantity orders, and we ship bulk orders internationally worldwide in addition to Malaysia and Singapore, typically arriving within 7–10 working days. Contact us with your requirements for a quote and delivery timeline.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Touch 'n Go, cryptocurrency, Revolut, and Wise for orders in Malaysia, and PayNow, Revolut, and Wise for orders in Singapore. International bulk orders are paid via cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Revolut, or Wise.

Does my order include mixing water?

Yes — every order includes a complimentary 3mL vial of bacteriostatic (BAC) water at no extra cost.

Do you deliver to East Malaysia?

Yes — we deliver to both West and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), as well as Singapore. See our shipping times below for expected delivery windows for each.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are mailed the next working day after being placed. West Malaysia orders (including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh and Johor Bahru) typically arrive within 1–3 working days, East Malaysia orders within 3–5 working days, and Singapore orders within 1–3 working days. Next-day express delivery is available for West Malaysia for an additional RM10.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there's a problem with your order — such as a damaged, incorrect, or missing item — contact us and we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
